Jiho Chang speaks about his experience as a city councilor in Keelung City, Taiwan. He discusses skills he developed as an activist that has allowed him to succeed in government, how he measures success, and the benefits of working in local government.

Jiho is a Taiwanese activist who participated in the Sunflower Movement. In 2018, he ran for election and has served as a City Councilor in Keelung City.
