Olesea Stamate discusses how she used skills she developed in civil society to support her work as Minister of Justice and how she built a strong team and worked with government colleagues to make change.
Olesea is a lawyer and politician who held the position of Minister of Justice of the Republic of Moldova. She previously worked for the Soros Foundation Moldova and is the cofounder and president of the Association for Efficient and Responsible Governance (AGER).
