CIPE Creates Framework for Constructive Capital to Create More Equitable, Inclusive, and Sustainable Economies

As governments face challenges caused by the multiple crises in public health and economic stability, the urgency for policies encouraging constructive capital has increased. In response to these current challenges, the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), in partnership with the Oxford Analytica Foundation, has created a framework to encourage policies that enable constructive capital flows. The framework helps to build a strategy for states to increase investments with a positive impact on governance while stemming the flow of the type of investments which have a corrosive impact.  Through constructive capital, the framework strengthens accountable governance, individual freedom, and social and economic inclusion, with the goal of revitalizing democracies around the world.
