The International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL) and Stanford’s Global Digital Policy Incubator (GDPi) invite civil society activists interested in learning more about digital security’s impact on civic space to apply for a Tech Camp for Civic Space Defenders program. This five-week online program will allow 25 selected participants to discuss the following topics:

• The effects of artificial intelligence on the freedoms of association, peaceful assembly, and expression;
• The growth of digital authoritarianism;
• Disinformation and threats to free expression online; and,
• The rise of digital and biometric surveillance.
