Call for Applications to the ICNL/Stanford Tech Camp for Civic Space Defenders
The International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL) and Stanford’s Global Digital Policy Incubator (GDPi) invite civil society activists interested in learning more about digital security’s impact on civic space to apply for a Tech Camp for Civic Space Defenders program. This five-week online program will allow 25 selected participants to discuss the following topics:
- The effects of artificial intelligence on the freedoms of association, peaceful assembly, and expression;
- The growth of digital authoritarianism;
- Disinformation and threats to free expression online; and,
- The rise of digital and biometric surveillance.
