As part of their Women for Tax Justice campaign, The Women’s Institute for Leadership Development (WILD) held an open mic event on March 14 at the National Gallery of Zimbabwe in Bulawayo. This event created a forum for local artists to discuss their frustration about the unfair and discriminatory taxation of women in Zimbabwe and around the world. Artists featured at the event included the Focus Acapella group, Delah the Poet, singer Kyla Blac, and spoken word poet Tina Tafirenyika.
