UN Commission of Inquiry Releases Report on the Human Rights Situation in North Korea

The Commission of Inquiry on Human Rights in the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) will present the findings of its investigation to the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva on March 17. The report documents “wide-ranging and ongoing crimes against humanity” and is urging the case be referred to the International Criminal Court.
