REDLAD published a new report “#EncuentrosEnRed: How to Get Closer in Times of Isolation,” which describes the methods they took in 2020 in response to the challenges that the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic brought civil society. The report discusses the outcomes of three online meetings focusing on the following topics:

  2. Governance and Corruption: How can governments respect human rights in states of emergency?
  3. Deepened Vulnerabilities: How is the widening economic gap and the shrinking of the middle class in Latin America broadening the vulnerable population base?
