The Center for International Media Assistance (CIMA), recently launched Profiles in Media Development Funding, a new online resource for media development funding. With support from the Open Society Foundations, CIMA has begun surveying organizations and producing brief profiles on them in order to better understand the donors facilitating media development work around the world.

Profiles in Media Development Funding provides information about an organization’s background, priorities, funding, and examples of projects they fund. The resource is an excellent tool for activists looking for funding for a media project, such as a local media system.
