Tidiani Togola is the founder of the Democracy Tech Squad, a program focused on providing training and services to media and civil society organizations in Mali. He was the technical director of the National Agency for Telehealth and Medical Informatics, and has developed a web application that allows for impartial election monitoring in Mali. In 2015, Togola was a Reagan-Fascell Fellow at the National Endowment for Democracy.
