Participate in a Mural Art Contest to Promote Human Rights in Venezuela

Un Mundo Sin Mordaza (Sin Mordaza), a Caracas-based nonprofit organization, is inviting entries to a mural design contest “Tu Mural Por Venezuela” to highlight the themes of freedom, equality, democracy, and education in Venezuela. The winning designs will be painted on walls in three universities in Caracas. The erection of these murals will be accompanied by musical performances, speeches, roundtable discussions, and art exhibits. Any resident of Venezuela may participate, and submissions can be emailed to Sin Mordaza through the end of October. More details about the contest are here.
