New Training Program for Campaign Organizers
Applications are now being accepted for a one week training course called “Organizing Political Campaign” with the Young Political Leadership School (YPLS) in Liberia.
The program was designed by NAYMOTE-Partners for Democratic Development to empower young political leaders with the tools and knowledge needed to support the development of research-based campaign platforms, effectively build and manage voters base, lead effective political campaigns, engage voters, and deliver issue based campaign messages. The initiative also aims to increase the number of young people in the political process at the national and local levels across Liberia.
The training is scheduled for Monday, April 4 – Friday, April 8, 2016 at the National Elections Commission Conference Hall in Monrovia, Liberia. YPLS will select 25 representatives from political parties, civil society organizations, university students’ leadership, and local government to take part in the program.
