The World Movement congratulates our Steering Committee member and President of the International Campaign for Tibet Matteo Mecacci for being appointed the OSEC’s new director of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). Mr. Mecacci’s experience as the former representative of the Transnational Radical Party to the UN and as a former member of OSEC’s Parliamentary Assembly will serve him well as he works to advance democracy and human rights.
